Shipping, Delivery and Voucher Codes

We deliver to the UK only. We offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders for £30 and over. Please note that your FREE DELIVERY discount will appear in your checkout box, and is combined with other discounts if they apply.  The delivery charge of £3.95 is deducted from the product price at that stage.  You will then be asked to confirm 'Fixed Price' delivery at £3.95, bringing the price back up to the product price without delivery.  (If you have any queries on this explanation, please call us!)

Standard Delivery The maximum delivery cost if you choose Standard Delivery is £3.95 per order, regardless of weight and the number of items in your order.
Delivery times All items are sent by Royal Mail delivery. Most orders are packed and despatched within two working days. If the item must arrive in time for a deadline, it is best to phone first for an estimate of the delivery time. If you have received an email from us saying that the item has been despatched, and the item has still not arrived, please check with your local Royal Mail Delivery Office to see if they have the parcel. If you cannot reach the office in person, you can contact the Royal Mail on 08457 740 740 and they can assist you. However, if you get stuck then please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.
Packaging Our deliveries are made in secure cardboard boxes or in Mail Lite Jiffy bags.

Privacy & Security

ZoomChem Ltd (ZoomPerfume.co.uk) does not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Your order is kept strictly confidential. The email address you give us will not be used for any unsolicited mail and will not be passed to any third party.

Returns & Cancellations

Please note that opened or used products cannot be returned to us unless they are faulty or broken.
1. Before returning any goods to us for whatever reason, contact us by e-mail at customerservice@zoomperfume.co.uk or telephone to inform us on 0845 643 6419 to tell us and to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number. Please ensure you have your order reference number ready when contacting us.
2. All goods may be returned to Zoom Perfume unopened, undamaged and unused, within 7 days of receipt. The cost of the item excluding postage and packaging will be refunded to you when we have received the returned goods. Please note that if the goods are opened, damaged or used when we receive them, no refund will be offered.
3. In the case of goods you have received which are faulty or damaged, the refund will include postage and packaging costs. If you are returning goods which are not faulty, you will pay the cost of delivery.
4. If loss, damage or delay is because we were given an incorrect delivery address, we cannot offer a refund.
5. Carefully pack the items in protective packaging. Please note that we will deduct the cost of any items that are returned damaged from any amount refunded to you. Please put the return authorisation number on your package and include your original order number, name, date of order and address details inside the package.
6. If your package is not sent with a return authorisation number we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange. You will also be liable for the cost of re-delivery.

8. We recommend that items are returned using the Recorded Delivery service as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post.
Cancellations In addition to our returns policy you also have the right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the merchandise if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the merchandise to us in its original, unopened and unused condition. Please note that cancelled orders which have already left our premises are subject to a restocking charge of £5 per order. (This does not apply to the return of faulty goods.)
To cancel and return an order, first contact us at sales@zoomperfume.co.uk to get a returns authorisation number BEFORE returning the item. If it is returned without an authorisation code we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Ordering

It is very quick and easy to order online. Select your products, then checkout using either Google Checkout or, if you prefer to pay by cheque, Proceed to Checkout. You do not have to create an account to buy from ZoomPerfume.co.uk, but if you do you will be able to save orders, check on orders, arrange for delivery to several addresses, repeat orders quickly and simply. Contact us if you need any help. If after ordering your product becomes unavailable, we will contact you and give you the option to cancel your order for a full refund, amend your order to an alternative product (any difference to be recharged or refunded to you as appropriate), or wait for the product to be restocked.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We can accept all credit and debit facilities available through Google Checkout or Paypal - if you do not have one already, you will need to open a Google Checkout or Paypal account. It costs nothing and can be done quickly and easily on our website when you checkout.
We can also accept cheques, made payable to ZoomChem Ltd, but please note that we will need seven days for the cheque to clear before we will despatch your order.
Security and Fraud Prevention We use Google Checkout and Paypal payment systems as a free service to you so that you can be sure your payment is secure. We do not view or store your credit or debit card information.
VAT All prices are shown inclusive of VAT. If you need a VAT receipt, please contact us.

Viewing Orders

If you have created an account on ZoomPerfume.co.uk, you can view your current and past orders at any time. You can create wishlists, share products, and add multiple delivery addresses.

Updating Account Information

Accounts can be modified or cancelled at any time.
